Onze filters filteren brandstof en oli\u00ebn in zeer diverse motoren, machines en het meest uiteenlopende equipment. De resultaten zijn uiteraard inzichtelijk middels olieanalyses. Kijkend naar de binnenvaart, dan wordt op dit moment het meest de brandstof gefilterd, zeker met het vooruitzicht van de bio+brandstoffen die steeds meer op de markt komen. De smeerolie, olie in de keerkoppeling en thrusters zijn de andere oli\u00ebn die wij aan boord filteren. Daarmee lopen de variaties in filtering gelijk op.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSchippers zijn op zoek naar betrouwbare filters. Daarnaast helpen de filters natuurlijk mee aan minder verbruik van oli\u00ebn, wat in de tijd van \u2018vergroenen\u2019 weer een stapje in de goede richting is. Onze filters filteren fijner dan de gebruikelijke filters en gebruiken geen papier, want dat heeft als nadeel dat als er water in de brandstof zit, het systeem dichtslaat. Zodra wij die filters vervangen is het probleem meteen opgelost.\u201d<br>\nGebruikers zijn de smeerolie steeds meer gaan analyseren. \u201cOmdat onze systemen beter filteren en tot roetniveau alles eruit halen, gaat de olie steeds langer mee en wordt slijtage door vervuiling voorkomen. En nadat de klant zijn hoofdmotor heeft voorzien van Micfil Filters komen wij vaak terug om ook de generatoren, de boegschroef of keerkoppeling te voorzien van onze filters. Aangezien de analyses aangeven dat alles veel langer meegaat, hebben wij het wel over een serieuze kostenbesparing, mede omdat er bewezen minder slijtage plaatsvindt.\u201d Bekend is dat deeltjes in de smeerolie die groter zijn dan twee tot drie micron, slijtage veroorzaken. \u201cAls de klant een tot twee oliewissels kan besparen heeft hij ons systeem al terugverdiend. Het \u2018return of investment\u2019 stelt niets voor. Wij hebben het qua kosten dan niet over een vijfjarenplan'\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>STAGE V<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Met de komst van Stage V gaat er voor Micfil Filters Benelux een volledig nieuwe markt open. \u201cHet wordt nog belangrijker dat er schone brandstof binnenkomt. Een betere verbranding betekent minder roet. Testen wijzen uit dat het roetniveau 8 tot 20 procent lager uitkomt. Dat bespaart op alle vlakken kosten. Micfil is een product dat in Duitsland vervaardigd wordt. Via 54 dealers wereldwijd is de verspreiding groot.
